How To Prepare Kava

You will need four things to prepare your Happy Warrior Kava drink:

Water
Bowl
Strainer or Cheesecloth
Happy Warrior Kava

Use a 16.9 oz bottle of water at room temperature or cold. Do not use hot water because hot water kills the active ingredient in the Kava.

There are only 2 steps to Prepare Kava:

Add 4-6 tablespoons of Kava powder inside the strainer
Squeeze and massage the Kava for 3-5 minutes

This amount of Kava can actually serve one or two people depending on how much Kava you wish to drink. Add more water if you want your Kava to be weaker.

Kava has an earthy taste. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add a piece of fruit such as pineapple or you can drink it with another beverage such as your favorite fruit juice. Initially, your mouth will feel numb. In about 5-10 minutes you will begin to feel the relaxing effects of Kava. You will feel less anxiety, less stress, more at ease, and overall happier!
